Just a note to thank you and your team for an excellent weekend at the Preston show.  Graham and I both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves over the two days. And once again a great opportunity to catch up with many friends, past and present. It really was a serendipity moment when I received your phone call from you and your invite to attend the show with Bred Albin.

I just want to say how well organised and enjoyable the catering provision was in the Refectory during the model railway exhibition this weekend.

As a regular visitor to many exhibitions both as one of the exhibitors or as a paying customer, I can say that you offered one of the widest choices of food and drink, plus it was served in an efficient and very friendly manner. Also, the prices were reasonable and the food excellent – though I can only speak for the cheese and onion pie and chips! Certainly the pie was excellent and not runny and greasy like many cheese and onion pies.

The organisation of the servery was effective in keeping the queue down, and the tables were regularly cleared, something that often seems to be overlooked at other exhibitions using the onsite caterers. Please pass on my appreciation to your team, who made a good exhibition even better.
